猫文化艺术街区由猫博馆、木猫馆、陶猫馆、纸猫馆和艺术创作中心组成，里面有关于猫的历史文化介绍和展品，以及以猫为主题创作的艺术绘画和墙绘，还有互动参与休闲项目。其中，陶猫馆的陶艺作品特邀中国陶艺美术大师黄志伟先生进行创作，其陶艺作品以独创的“线塑”手法为业内人士所追崇。
