番石榴一定要完全成熟软了才能吃,买回家后,如果还没完全熟透,可用报纸包裹,喷些水,放上一二天,待变软后即可用刀剖开去皮食用,鲜美香甜,口味非常独特。
番石榴有止泻,消炎止血。叶子和果实能够治疗急、慢性肠炎,痢疾,小儿消化不良,新鲜的叶子叶,可以外用治疗如跌打损伤,外伤出血。
